A Gr8 result for Black & White Cabs
 
8 has been a lucky number for us in '08. In 2008 the taxi fleet for Black & White Cabs grew to 800 plus cabs following a very successful licence tender program.  The success for Black & White Cabs has come about through the support of existing Taxi Operators, old and new alike, our Taxi Drivers and a dedicated band of Staff Members who enjoy coming to work every day.  In growth terms this is an 80% growth factor in the past 12 years; a feat achieved by no other taxi company in Australia. 

Many see the role of a taxi company as being all things to all people, however Black and White Cabs sees its role as providing an environment that allows our taxi operators and drivers to do what they do best; provide door to door transport to the travelling public of Brisbane citizens and visitors to Brisbane.

Our Call Centre offers a friendly and efficient environment for our drivers to assist them in getting to their passengers; our passengers are offered an improving service level which has resulted in higher consumer confidence, especially in our People Mover market. Our Administration Department has a team of dedicated Staff that looks after service standards for the benefit of both drivers and passengers, our Taxi Services Team is second to none in looking after the taxi licence sales and leases, and our Marketing & Sales Department is enjoying some wonderful results in securing taxi work for the fleet. All of this is being delivered in an environment where success stories are rather scarce in a tough financial environment.
