For over 40 years, Black & White Cabs has been contracted for the transport of eligible students with disabilities to schools, special education units and respite centres. In performing this service, Black & White Cabs has developed an understanding of the requirements for specialised training and customer service standards to ensure that the needs of these passengers are not simply met, but exceeded.

This area of the Black & White Cabs website is designed to be a communication tool between all stakeholders in the process of providing this service. The information includes a "Who Do I Call?" section for Parents/Carers, Schools' Personnel, and Drivers.
